-Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Claims must be submitted within *48 hours of delivery* with photo evidence.
-Once approved, customers will receive a replacement or store credit. *Refunds are not available.*

2.⁠ ⁠No Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, *we do not offer exchanges* under any circumstances.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other intimate wearables are *non-returnable*.

4.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within *24 hours of placement*. Beyond this, cancellations are not permitted.

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Missing Items:
In case of incorrect or damaged deliveries, notify us immediately with clear evidence. We will replace the item or issue store credit, as appropriate.
